What does Clara & James sell?

We design women's coastal resort wear and accessories — dresses, tops & blouses, knitwear, swim & resort pieces, shoes, and bags — created for easy, elegant warm-weather dressing.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75; a flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders below that amount.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely over an encrypted (SSL) connection.

Is my information safe?

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email support@claraandjames-palmbeach.com with your order number and we'll resolve it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of ordering we'll do our best to make changes before it ships.
