7. Orders and Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and/or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time, USA) on a business day begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre at 2400 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403, United States. After the 1–2 business day processing window, transit typically takes 6–8 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days from the date of order. 9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge any restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 10. Pricing, Billing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site.
