Our Story

Clara & James was born on the Florida coast, out of a simple belief: that getting dressed should feel as easy and unhurried as a morning walk along the shore.

We create relaxed, beautifully-made resort pieces for women and men who have earned the right to be comfortable — and who refuse to give up an ounce of elegance to get there. Breezy linen dresses and crisp linen shirts, soft cotton knits, easy blouses and tailored trousers and the accessories that finish them: every piece is designed to be worn, loved, and reached for season after season.

Our world is Palm Beach — whitewashed terraces, tall palms, long lunches by the water, and the quiet confidence of women and men who know exactly who they are. That is who we design for, and it shows in every considered detail.
