Where we ship
Clara & James ships to all 50 United States.
Processing time
Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time, USA), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, begin the next business day. Orders are then processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders travel a further 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday). Combined with handling, estimated total delivery is 7–10 business days from the day you order. These are good-faith estimates — weather, carrier volume, and holiday peaks can occasionally add a day. Your order may travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping cost
Shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders — no minimum.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also follow your parcel any time from our Track Your Order page.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost in transit, please contact support@claraandjames-palmbeach.com with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.
