Clara & James ships to all 50 United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also follow your parcel any time from our Track Your Order page.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost in transit, please contact support@claraandjames-palmbeach.com with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.
