Return & Refund Policy

Our promise

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene liner in place.

How to start a return

Email support@claraandjames-palmbeach.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with clear return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer.
